Eddie is a business leader, entrepreneur, and public health technology executive working at the intersection of healthcare, data, and innovation.

With more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar technology initiatives, Eddie has built a reputation for turning strategy into execution at scale. He is co-owner of Ruvos, a data, security, and cloud computing firm trusted by organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and the Association of Public Health Laboratories, as well as health departments across the country.

Eddie credits much of the company's growth to the strength of his business partners and leadership team. Together, they have scaled the organization from a small team to more than 75 employees operating across multiple states and internationally. He has been recognized as an award-winning executive and is a sought-after speaker on topics including healthcare, entrepreneurship, data infrastructure, and leadership.

In addition to his work in technology, Eddie plays an active leadership role in his community. He serves as Chair of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, where he is helping align the private sector around innovation, economic development, and the future of the regional economy, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and technology as key drivers of growth.

A Cuban-American born in Miami and now based in Tallahassee, Eddie holds a degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Loyola University New Orleans and an Executive MBA from University of Miami. He is fluent in English and Spanish, has a working knowledge of Portuguese, and has traveled to more than 20 countries for business. He is married to Jessica, who works in Admissions at Maclay School, and together they are the proud parents of Raquel (15) and Meyer (11).
